8/14-9/14 2005- Lose 8-10 lbs

Diet:

8/14/-8/28

Clensing diet- follow the first two weeks of SBD. No calorie limit; eat until satisfied

8/29-9/13- follow 2nd phase of SBD, using WeightWatchers points system to limit caloric intake.

Physical

Week 1- 30 min walking every day
Week 2- 1 hr walking every day
Week 3- 5 sessions cardio/ 3 sessions weights/ 2 sessions deliberate stretch (yoga/sessions dedicated specifically to stretching
Week 4: Add jogging into regular routine.
