I have found that I really enjoy Leslie Sansom's Walk Away the Pounds. Its a pretty intense workout for people who aren't very much in shape... AND... you don't have to go to the gym!! Woo!
I must publically apologize to my dear friend, who's LJ name is hard to write, for not going to the gym with her... sorry, I'm a loser!! Just remember, you're going to be thinner than me for ever and ever if I keep blowing you off ;-)
