up veggie and water intake
wraps instead of sandwiches for lunch
- 30lbs by x-mas and reevaluate
- 50lbs by spring break and reevaluate
- 75lbs by aug 06 and reevaluate
I think bi-weekly check ups are in order. raylette here we go...
